WHAT can be returned?
All unopened and unused items come with a return policy in accordance with the rest of the information on this page.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items must be returned within 30 days.
HOW do customers return items?
BEFORE returning an item, you require approval from Masman.
- Contact us to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) before returning any item.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items need to be returned to our warehouse at Chipping Norton, Sydney, NSW.
The address for return will be provided along with the return merchandise authorisation (RMA). Please contact us for an RMA first.
SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the buyer.
CREDIT for returns?
Where an RMA has been issued and unopened, unused goods are returned at the customer's expense within 30 days, the customer is entitled to a money back refund.
Instore return option?
Customers may return items in-store (at our Chipping Norton warehouse) after obtaining a return merchandise authorisation (RMA).
Packing materials?
Items need to be unopened and unused, with original packaging (where originally supplied).
