This pipe blind flange lockout device adds an extra level of security with an adjustable locking arm to help ensure that the pipe blind cannot be removed during maintenance.
Features:
- Adjustable locking arm accommodates both standard and recessed bolt positions
- Secures 1 or 2 bolts for extra security
- Heavy duty construction withstands harsh environments
- UL approved for use in explosive atmospheres
- Only padlocks with 0.256 in. to 0.275 in. shackle diameters can be used on this lockout device
