The PROTO 12 point 80mm black oxide offset slugging wrench features a non-reflective black oxide finish which is designed to be struck with a sledgehammer to help tighten large flange fittings. The box opening is designed to remain on the fastener when the wrench is struck, whilst the heavy box walls provide greater torque and transmission. They are designed for heavy use in close quarters.
